Imagine a workplace where speaking your mind feels natural — and safe. Where it doesn’t come at a cost to ask questions, request help, or speak up when something feels off. That kind of culture doesn’t appear on its own. It takes practice, courage, and a shared commitment.
Safe to Speak is a practical development program designed to strengthen psychological safety in organizations — with a clear focus on the everyday moments that challenge us the most: saying what matters, even when it’s uncomfortable.
🔹 The program consists of four phases:
Design phase: Together we develop 6–8 training topics tailored to your organization’s reality. Each topic is turned into a case and ranked by emotional intensity — from “question a statement presented as fact” to “speak up about inappropriate humor” or “ask for help.” This creates a relevant and meaningful learning environment.
Kick-off: In a joint session, we introduce the concept of psychological safety and outline the program. This ensures a shared understanding and a safe foundation for practicing new behaviors.
Training period: The organization works on one topic at a time — typically every 14 days. Each case is actively brought into the daily workflow. Because everyone participates at the same time, the exercises feel less risky — and more engaging.
Conclusion and feedback: The program wraps up with a structured evaluation and collective reflection on key learnings — and how to carry them forward into the culture.
🔹 What will your organization gain from this?
Safe to Speak is not just a course — it’s shared training in respect and collaboration. The program offers:
✔ A common language and method for addressing difficult topics — without dramatizing
✔ A concrete framework for culture development based on behavior, not just values
✔ Stronger trust and connection between colleagues and leaders
✔ Improved collaboration, higher well-being, and more room for diversity and innovation
When psychological safety becomes part of the everyday interchange, it not only increases well-being — it lifts the organization’s ability to handle complex challenges together.
