But how?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sparring is relevant for anyone experiencing a need for change but uncertainty of how to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You dream of a clearer view of your goals and options, but need a room for confidential conversations with someone always on your side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together, we clarify your situation and objectives, and find ways for you to move forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We work with what you think is relevant. Below are a few examples of topics I have worked on with clients in sparring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clarifying personal values to support someone recently promoted to a leader role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing career opportunities  aligned with skills and preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing and practicing difficult conversations with a new boss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarifying options for action and preferences related to a change of job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharpening skills in how to recognize and deal with symptoms of stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding triggers and managing associated behaviors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Growing skills in how to engage in relevant conflicts in a good way<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You decide the topics; I take responsibility for the structure and progress in our conversations and point you towards further inspiration (exercises, literature, podcasts, talks, etc.)   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My approach is pragmatic; I believe in everyone&#8217;s ability to define and develop oneself, but am also mindful of how difficult it can be to articulate goals and preferences clearly.  Sparring is a tool to help get nearer clarification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The very first step: a phone call.
