You decide the topics; I take responsibility for the structure and progress in our conversations and point you towards further inspiration (exercises, literature, podcasts, talks, etc.)
My approach is pragmatic; I believe in everyone’s ability to define and develop oneself, but am also mindful of how difficult it can be to articulate goals and preferences clearly. Sparring is a tool to help get nearer clarification.
The very first step: a phone call. We talk about your expectations and test if the chemistry is ok.
If you decide to spar with me, I suggest that we begin with a startup sequence (3 sessions * approx 45 minutes) This is to get to know each other a little better, and to make sure you actually get to discuss what you came for! Some extra reflection can be needed in the beginning. You can also book a single meeting, there is no fixed format.
We meet physically in Østerbro/Inner City or online, as per further appointment (also outside normal working hours or on holidays)
